Yum - Chocolate crackles







We are learning that when you apply heat to a solid material it may change form. When we added heat to the Kremalta it melted. We learnt that a solid holds its shape because the molecules do not move very much.

When the Kremalta melted the molecules moved more. They cannot hold a shape and the Kremalta became a liquid.  Then we added lots of yummy ingredients to make chocolate crackles. We put it into the fridge and by home time it was set to eat. We love Science and Inquiry.
